Embosal plans to start producing hot-rolled coil in Ras Al Khaimah at the end of 2027.
The project will have crude steel capacity of 1.2 million tonnes per year.
Its HRC range will cover 1,250 mm width and thicknesses of 3–25.4 mm.
The company said it intends to use local scrap and target low carbon emissions.
The project would introduce domestic HRC production into a market currently supplied through imports.
