
BN Strategic Metals said its Atolia project and planned California processing facility could eventually cover up to 60% of annual US ammonium paratungstate demand. The company targets initial tungsten supply in the fourth quarter of 2027 and full processing capacity in early 2028. The project responds to record-high international APT prices and Chinese export controls. US defense, aerospace, semiconductor and advanced-manufacturing customers are already showing interest in potential offtake agreements.
