Fastmarkets\u2019 US-origin deep-sea scrap index rose <strong>$3.74<\/strong> to that same level on September 23. The North European-origin index increased to <strong>$397.28 per tonne CFR<\/strong>.<br>Traders pointed to continuing mill demand, tighter vessel availability and higher freight costs.
