<strong>$1,100\u20131,170 per short ton<\/strong>.<br>Buyers increasingly considered foreign steel because domestic flat-rolled supply was difficult to secure.<br>The lower import assessments come with long waits: reported HRC lead times extended to March 2027.<br>Cold-rolled coil deliveries were reported as far out as April 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure
