South index rose to <strong>$61.67 per hundredweight<\/strong>, or <strong>$1,233.40 per short ton<\/strong>.<br>Planned mill outages and limited inventories continued to restrict available spot material.<br>Some buyers reported late deliveries, with lead times extending into late November.<br>Distributors said demand remained firm, although delayed orders could ease tightness when they
