- Aluminium Bahrain’s potlines 4, 5 and 6 were operating at approximately 80% of their pre-war capacity.
- Alba’s annualized output recovered to about 1.3 million tonnes, compared with total capacity of roughly 1.62 million tonnes.
- The smelter requires approximately 3.1–3.2 million tonnes of alumina annually.
- EGA and Ma’aden supported Alba with raw materials, while additional bagged alumina was transported from Oman’s Sohar port.
- Limited truck and driver availability remains a major operational risk, with around 300 trucks required for one 30,000-tonne alumina cargo.
